She possesses certifications in hypnosis, reiki, past life regression, energy healing, coaching and is an ordained minister.

Dr. Kris loves her family which consists of her husband of eighteen years, teenage son and her dog. She loves reading, hiking, gardening, paddle boarding and international travels. Before her metaphysical journey and sudden spiritual awakening, she was a lifelong Christian. Her husband served twenty-six years in the US Navy before retiring. They reside in central Pennsylvania.
