What is the average production time?
EMPOWERED, INSPIRED, AND ELEVATED handmade products take a moment. On average, production time is 1-3 business days. The average production time is not guaranteed around holidays and high–volume seasons and will cause production times to increase.
How long does it take after production to get my cool affirmation gear?
We currently only ship to the United States. We will branch out in the future. Domestic priority shipping takes on average 2-3 business days. There are options to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express delivery at checkout.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier. If the delay is just a few days, the printer does not generally inform us.
- The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
- The order contains 12 or more items, and is taking a little longer.
If your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update ASAP.
Can the production time be expedited?
Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited.
Do you accept returns?
Nope. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are a family-owned business who strives for excellence and we want you to be 100% happy. Your items are printed on demand. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Please check the sizing chart super well and if you want your t-shirt or sweatshirt oversized, please SIZE UP!
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team. We will need a quick photo of any defects.
